This Information Memorandum for the Shenkman Opportunistic Credit Trust (Fund) has been prepared by Equity Trustees Limited (ABN 46 004 031 298, AFSL 240975) in its capacity as trustee of the Fund (Trustee). Shenkman Capital Management Inc., (Shenkman) is the Investment Manager of the Fund. Shenkman is a registered investment advisor regulated by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission under U.S. laws which differ from Australian laws. It is exempt from the requirement to hold an Australian financial services licence under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) in respect of the financial services it provides. Clearway Capital Solutions Pty Limited (ACN 131 391 261 AFSL 328 663) (Clearway Capital Solutions) has been appointed by Shenkman as the distributor of the Fund.
