DSM Capital Partners LLC (DSM) is the appointed sub-investment manager of the Fund. Clearway Capital Solutions Pty Limited (ACN 131 391 261 AFSL 328 663) (Clearway Capital Solutions) has been appointed by DSM as the distributor of the Fund.
